When using the bearing, it is often found that the temperature is suddenly too high. How to deal with it. In fact, we should not do anything blindly in this situation. First, we should analyze what causes the temperature rise. Specifically, I have analyzed the following parts:
1. The bearing cooling water is interrupted.
2. The fault light plate of hydraulic machinery on the turbine side panel lights up, the instrument temperature indicating the bearing temperature rises, and the signal relay acts.
3. The black needle of the thermometer dial (expansion thermometer) coincides with or exceeds the yellow needle.
4. The oil quality deteriorates, the oil itself is not clean or the oil deteriorates during operation. If the water content in the oil increases, the acidity of the oil will increase, the lubricating effect of the oil will be reduced, the bearing bush will be corroded, and the bearing temperature will rise.
The above four points will cause excessive temperature rise of the bearing. How to deal with these problems? Don't worry. Now I will share the solutions with you.
1. Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may be blocked and cannot be handled in time, it can be stopped for treatment. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use.
2. Check the oil pressure of the governor. If the oil pressure is low, it may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close.
3. Take an oil sample to observe whether there is any change in the oil color, and carry out the test to see whether it is deteriorated. If the deterioration is confirmed, stop the machine and replace the new oil.
